Directions:


Once your order has been placed you will receive an e-mail from Tutu Maniac requesting the following information. Please reply promptly.

2)Order number confirmation
3) Waist size (inches)
You will receive a confirmation email in reply in 24-48 hrs after. Once you receive the confirmation email in reply your order will be processed.


ORDER PROCESSING:


Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and shipping. If you have a complex or custom order, please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping.

EXCHANGE POLICY:


We at TutuManiac understand that online items may sometimes not exactly express your personality. We offer an EXCHANGE ONLY policy. Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of order.


Cancellations:


Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel your order for a refund. You will receive a refund for your order amount minus a $3.00 cancellation fee. When requesting a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via email via our contact page or by email us at tutumaniacatl@gmail.com. If it has been more than 24 hours and we have not started on your design, you may still be eligible for a cancellation minus applicable fees.


Exchanges:


Due to the custom, handmade design of your tutu, we have a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Please verify your order is correct before final submission. If there was a mistake on a submitted order, please contact us immediately to make adjustments. In the event that your items arrived damaged or defective in anyway, you may be eligible for an exchange.
All exchange request decisions are made at the sole discretion of TutuManiac.
Please request all returns or refunds via email within 48 hours of delivery. All shipping or postage fees for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to purchase a tracking number with your USPS postage to insure accuracy. 


We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any returned items lost in transit.

Birthday Party Deposits:


Please note all birthday party deposits are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, we will work with you to reschedule your party date. Your deposit will automatically transfer to the balance of the new party date. You have a 30 day grace period to reschedule a party. Rescheduling a party is subject to date and time availability.
